Re-Create, Cardiff's Play Resource Centre provides a fantastic range of services to families, students and children's groups. Whether you are a group, a school, a church or an individual, you can join cheaply and easily and take advantage of the following fabulous services.
Scrapstore -a HUGE Aladdin's cave where waste and surplus materials collected from local firms and factories, are available. Eg. Paper, card, fabric, tubes, tiles, and sticky backed plastic.
Art & Craft materials - at low, low prices from paint to paper, modroc to marbling ink
Equipment to hire - badge making machines, parachutes, bubble machine etc.

Staff Changes
We have waved goodbye to our Regional Executive Officer Mr Chris Southern as he is off to explore new adventures.
We are now in the process of recruiting somebody to cover this position please see news for details on the job.
Opening times have changed again
Opening times from April 2010 are:

We also have a half price shelve in the art & crafts isle with components for jewellery making and card making. These products won’t last long and once they’re gone they’re gone!

Re-create is looking for suspended ceiling tiles, approx 23 inches squared and any colour. If you have any information about where we could find any or have any you would like to donate yourself please contact us on the details below.
Children in Need
On 20th November 2009, staff at Re-create came to work in our P.J.'s to raise money for Children in need. We put a collection box on the till & managed to raise £23, see us below posing in our P.J's!
